How do I create a reminder?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen to create a new reminder. You can type your reminder text or use the microphone button for voice-to-text. Set your date, time, and choose your notification method (push, SMS, or voice call). For recurring reminders, tap "Repeat" and select your preferred schedule.
How do SMS reminders work?
SMS reminders send text messages to your phone number at the specified time. This works even when your phone is on silent, in airplane mode, or when the PingMe app isn't running. Premium subscribers get unlimited SMS reminders, while free users get SMS for their most critical reminders only.
Can I set up voice call reminders?
Yes! Voice call reminders are available for Premium subscribers. The system will call your phone number and play a recorded message with your reminder. This is perfect for critical reminders like taking medication or important appointments. You can answer the call to confirm receipt or let it go to voicemail.
How do I add multiple recipients to a reminder?
When creating or editing a reminder, tap "Add Recipients" and enter phone numbers or email addresses. All recipients will receive the reminder notification. This feature is perfect for family reminders, team deadlines, or shared appointments. Premium feature only.

Premium subscribers get unlimited reminders, SMS notifications, voice call reminders, multi-recipient sharing, voice-to-text creation, custom repeat intervals, priority customer support, and advanced analytics. Free users get 10 reminders per month with basic push notifications.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your device settings:
iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > PingMe > Cancel
Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > PingMe > Cancel
Your premium features remain active until the end of your billing period.
Can I backup my reminders?
Yes! Your reminders are automatically synced to the cloud and backed up daily. You can also manually export your reminder data from Settings > Account > Export Data. This creates a file you can save or import into a new device.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Why aren't my notifications working?
First, check your device notification settings. Go to your phone's Settings > Notifications > PingMe and ensure notifications are enabled. Also check that "Do Not Disturb" isn't blocking app notifications. For SMS notifications, verify your phone number is correct in the app settings.
How do recurring reminders work?
When creating a reminder, tap "Repeat" to set up recurring notifications. Choose from preset options (daily, weekly, monthly) or create custom intervals (Premium feature). For example: "Every 3 days," "Weekdays only," or "1st of every month." Each occurrence is treated as a separate reminder.
What happens if I miss a voice call reminder?
If you don't answer a voice call reminder, the system will leave a voicemail with your reminder message (if voicemail is available). The app will also send a backup push notification and SMS (if SMS is enabled for that reminder). You can configure how many call attempts to make in Settings.
