Creating your Monday App account is simple:

  1. Download Monday App from the App Store
  2. Open the app and tap "Get Started"
  3. Choose to sign up with your email or Apple ID
  4. Verify your email address if using email signup
  5. Complete your profile with your name and preferences

Your account will be ready to use immediately, and you can start accessing daily devotionals and challenges right away.

To reset your password:

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Follow the link and create a new password
  5. Return to the app and sign in with your new password

If you don't receive the reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or try again.

To create a Monday App account, you need:

  • Age: Must be 13 years or older
  • Device: iOS 13.0 or later, compatible with iPhone and iPad
  • Email: Valid email address for verification and communication
  • Internet: Active internet connection for syncing and updates

Premium features require a valid payment method through your Apple ID account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Manage your premium subscription and understand billing

Monday App offers a 7-day free trial for Premium features:

  • Start your trial by selecting a Premium plan in the app
  • Get full access to all premium features for 7 days
  • Cancel anytime during the trial period with no charge
  • After 7 days, your subscription automatically begins
  • Only one free trial per Apple ID account

Trial includes:

Unlimited devotionals, advanced analytics, all challenges, ad-free experience, and priority support.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store:

  1. Open Settings on your iOS device
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find Monday App in the list
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You'll continue to have Premium access until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies:

  • To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find your Monday App purchase
  • Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason

Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Refunds are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Subscription renewal details:

  • Monthly: Renews every month on the same date you subscribed
  • Yearly: Renews every year on the same date you subscribed
  • Auto-renewal: Happens automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
  • Billing: Charged to your Apple ID account

If Monday App is crashing, try these steps in order:

  1. Force close the app: Double-tap home button and swipe up on Monday App
  2. Restart your device: Hold power button and restart your iPhone/iPad
  3. Update the app: Check App Store for available updates
  4. Free up storage: Ensure you have at least 1GB of free space
  5. Update iOS: Make sure you have the latest iOS version
  6. Reinstall: Delete and reinstall Monday App (your account data is saved)
