Getting Started
Setting Up Your Account
- 1.Download MedMinder from the App Store

- 2.Enter medication name, dosage, and unit
- 3.Set your reminder times

How do I take a dose?
When you receive a notification, tap "Taken" directly from the notification, or open the app and mark it from your dashboard.
Can I snooze a reminder?
Yes! Tap "Snooze" on the notification or in the app. You can customize the snooze duration in Settings.
How do I track my medication supply?
When adding or editing a medication, enable supply tracking and set your refill threshold. You'll get alerts when running low.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Missed doses are automatically marked after 30 minutes past the scheduled time and appear in your history for adherence tracking.
How do I change my reminder times?
Edit the medication and adjust the reminder times. Changes take effect immediately.
Can I export my medication history?
Yes, with Premium! Export your complete dose history to PDF or CSV format.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscriptions in the App Store to view, change, or cancel your Premium subscription.
Is my health data private?
Absolutely. Your medication data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use MedMinder on multiple devices?
Premium subscribers can sync their data across multiple iOS devices using cloud backup.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone.
Troubleshooting
I'm not receiving notifications
- •Check Settings → Notifications → Enable notifications
- •Verify iOS Settings → MedMinder → Allow Notifications
- •Ensure Do Not Disturb isn't blocking critical alerts
My medication isn't showing up
- •Pull to refresh on the Dashboard
- •Check your internet connection
- •Try logging out and back in
The app crashed or has a bug
