You can manage your subscription directly through your device's app store (App Store for iOS). To view or modify your subscription: Go to Settings > Account > Subscription Management, or visit your App Store account settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
Absolutely! Your learning path is fully customizable. Go to Settings > Learning Preferences to adjust your certification goals, difficulty level, and focus areas. You can also retake the assessment quiz at any time to update your path based on improved skills. Premium users can create multiple custom paths for different certifications.
Free users can retake practice exams after a 24-hour cooldown period. Premium users have unlimited retakes with no waiting period. Each retake generates new questions to ensure comprehensive learning. Your best score is always saved, and detailed explanations are provided for both correct and incorrect answers.
Daily challenges are quick 5-10 minute activities that reinforce key cybersecurity concepts. They include mini-quizzes, scenario analysis, and hands-on exercises. Complete challenges to earn points, badges, and maintain your learning streak. New challenges are released every day and are available to all users, including free tier members.
Virtual labs require a separate Virtual Lab Access subscription ($19.99/month). Once subscribed, access labs through the "Labs" section in the app. Labs provide hands-on practice with real cybersecurity tools in a safe, sandboxed environment. Each lab includes step-by-step guidance and can be reset unlimited times.
