• Progress Tracking: Comprehensive achievement systems, streak tracking, and spiritual journey analytics
• Community Features: Social features including leaderboards, shared achievements, and community challenges
• Premium Content: Subscription-based features including exclusive content, AI-powered insights, and advanced study tools
• Study Resources: Bible study materials, devotional content, and spiritual learning resources

3. User Accounts

To use Scripture Spin, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

Account Requirements

• Accurate Information: Providing accurate and complete registration information during account creation
• Security: Maintaining the security of your account credentials and password
• Age Requirement: Being at least 13 years old to create and maintain an account
• Single Account: Maintaining only one account per person
• Account Activity: Taking responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Account Responsibilities

• Unauthorized Access: Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Information Updates: Keeping your account information current and accurate
• Password Security: Using a strong, unique password and not sharing account access with others
• Account Monitoring: Regularly monitoring your account for any suspicious activity

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions:

Subscription Details

• Payment Processing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Billing: Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscription Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play after purchase
• No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term
• Immediate Activation: Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment

• Advanced study tools including notes and cross-references
• Special bonus challenges with enhanced rewards
• Ad-free experience throughout the app

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in Scripture Spin, except for public domain Scripture texts, is owned by Scripture Spin or its licensors. This includes:

• App Design: User interface design, features, functionality, and overall user experience
• Original Content: Devotional content, study materials, challenge designs, and spiritual resources
• Multimedia Assets: Audio content, images, graphics, and interactive multimedia elements
• Software Technology: App code, algorithms, AI systems, and underlying technology infrastructure
• Branding: Scripture Spin name, logos, trademarks, and brand elements

Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without permission. Scripture texts are sourced from public domain translations.

• Personal Use Only: Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
• No Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sell, or license our content to others
• Attribution Required: Any sharing of content must include proper attribution to Scripture Spin
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

7. Privacy and Data

• Device Compatibility: Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or software configurations
• Data Security: Complete security of data transmission or storage (although we implement industry-standard protections)
• Third-Party Content: Accuracy or appropriateness of any third-party content or links

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scripture Spin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Device Issues: Device damage, malfunction, or compatibility problems

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium subscriptions in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting the app from your device
• Canceling any active Premium subscriptions through your app store
• Contacting our support team to request account deletion
• Ceasing all use of the app and its services

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, including:

• Abusive Behavior: Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward other users or our support team
• Fraudulent Activity: Attempts to circumvent premium features, subscription fraud, or payment disputes

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• You remain liable for any charges incurred before termination
• Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period
• Surviving provisions (warranties, liability limitations, dispute resolution) remain in effect
