Go to Profile > Manage Subscription or manage directly through your App Store settings. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, even if you cancel early.

If you purchased Premium on another device, go to the upgrade screen and tap 'Restore Purchases' to restore your subscription.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.

Go to Profile > Settings to customize daily reminders, weekly digests, and promotional emails. You can turn off any notifications you don't want to receive.

We recommend keeping daily devotional reminders on to maintain your spiritual routine, but you can adjust the timing to fit your schedule.

In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data and progress. This action cannot be undone.

Before deleting, consider if you'd like to export your favorite verses or notes. Once deleted, all spiritual journey data will be permanently lost.

All spiritual content, personal notes, and prayer requests are stored securely and remain completely private to your account.

First try restarting the app. If issues persist, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of Scripture Spin from the App Store.

If problems continue, check that your device has sufficient storage space and that you're running a supported iOS or Android version.

Check that notifications are enabled in your device Settings > Scripture Spin > Notifications. Also verify your notification preferences within the app under Profile > Settings.

Make sure your device isn't in Do Not Disturb mode during your selected notification times.

Make sure you're connected to the internet and logged into the same account on all devices. Your progress syncs automatically when connected to WiFi or cellular data.

If sync issues persist, try logging out and back in to refresh your account connection.

iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Scripture Spin > Cancel. Android: Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions > Scripture Spin > Cancel.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain Premium access during this time.
