Tap the "Premium" tab in the app and choose monthly ($4.99) or annual ($49.99) subscription. Payment is processed through your Apple ID account and gives you instant access to all premium features.
Point your camera at any plant, animal, or insect and tap the capture button. Our AI analyzes the image and provides identification results within seconds. For best results:

Ensure location services are enabled for NatureGuard in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the weather data by pulling down on the weather screen.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. Check your email for reset instructions. If you signed up with Apple ID, use that to sign in instead.
Yes, all first aid content is reviewed by certified medical professionals and follows established emergency response protocols. However, this app is not a substitute for proper first aid training or professional medical care.

Our database is updated quarterly with new species information and improved AI recognition. Updates are downloaded automatically when connected to WiFi. Premium users get priority access to the latest updates.
Emergency contact numbers are updated regularly but may not always be current. In a true emergency, always call 911 first. The app's emergency features are meant to supplement, not replace, standard emergency procedures.
