Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GoPresent mobile application ("GoPresent" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. GoPresent is operated by SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

GoPresent is a phone detox application that provides:

  • A one-tap detox session launcher with countdown timer
  • Duration picker for customizing session length
  • Friction modal to discourage quitting sessions early
  • Session history tracking stored locally on your device
  • Emergency contacts and resources
  • Pro subscription with enhanced friction levels and extended durations

Eligibility

GoPresent is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18, we encourage you to use the App with parental or guardian awareness. The App does not collect personal information and does not require account creation.

No Account Required

GoPresent does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in. The App works entirely on your device without any registration.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

GoPresent offers free features including the detox session launcher, countdown timer, standard friction modal, session history, and access to emergency resources.

Pro Subscription

Pro features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Monthly: $2.99 USD per month
  • Yearly: $19.99 USD per year

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
  • Use automated systems to interact with the App

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GoPresent -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software -- are owned by SketchMyApp LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

GOPRESENT IS A WELLNESS TOOL AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME RELATED TO SCREEN TIME REDUCTION, MENTAL HEALTH, OR PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR MISSED COMMUNICATIONS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchMyApp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. All locally stored data will be removed when the App is deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
