At SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the GoPresent mobile application ("GoPresent" or "the App"). By using GoPresent, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

GoPresent is designed to respect your privacy by default. We do not collect:

• Location data
• Contacts or phone records
• Photos, files, or other device content
• Browsing history or app usage outside of GoPresent
• Health or biometric data

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

GoPresent stores the following information locally on your device only:

If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

Anonymous Analytics

We may collect anonymized, aggregate usage data to help us improve the app. This includes:

• App launch counts
• General feature usage patterns (e.g., which screens are visited most)
• Crash reports and error logs
• Device type and operating system version

This data is fully anonymized and aggregated. It cannot be used to identify you personally. No session history, personal data, or identifiable information is included in analytics.

In-App Purchases

GoPresent Pro is available as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We never have access to your payment card details, billing address, Apple ID, or any other financial information. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status from Apple to unlock Pro features in the app.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties. Because GoPresent does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to share.

The only third-party involvement is:

• Apple: Handles in-app purchase payments and subscription management
• Analytics provider: Receives only anonymized, aggregate data as described above

Children's Privacy

GoPresent does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the app does not collect personal information from any user, it is safe for use by people of all ages. If you are under 18, we encourage you to use the app with parental awareness.

Your Rights

Because GoPresent does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All app data is stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by deleting the app.
