GamerConnect is available worldwide through the Apple App Store, subject to local laws and App Store availability in your region. Certain features may be restricted based on your location due to legal requirements or technical limitations.

Prohibited Behavior

  • Harassment and Toxicity: No bullying, harassment, hate speech, or toxic gaming behavior

  • No Catfishing: Do not impersonate others or create fake profiles

Follow standard gaming etiquette: be a good sport, respect teammates and opponents, avoid rage quitting, share gaming experiences positively, and help newcomers learn. Remember that behind every gaming profile is a real person who shares your passion for gaming.

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you upload while granting us license to display it

5️⃣ Subscription and Billing Terms

  • Premium Tiers: Unlimited likes, advanced filters, compatibility insights, priority support
  • Feature Access: Premium features are subject to change and may be added or removed

Billing and Subscriptions

  • Apple App Store: All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Payment Processing: Apple handles all payment processing, billing disputes, and refunds
  • Pricing Changes: Subscription prices may change with advance notice to existing subscribers

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: Cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Access During Period: You retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate cancelled subscriptions at any time

Apple App Store Terms

Your use of GamerConnect through the Apple App Store is also governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. For billing issues, refund requests, or subscription management, contact Apple Support directly. We cannot process refunds or modify billing arrangements made through Apple's system.

6️⃣ Prohibited Activities

Account Violations

  • Fake Profiles: Creating accounts with false information, stolen photos, or impersonating others
  • Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate matching
  • Age Falsification: Misrepresenting your age or creating accounts if you are under 18
  • Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account

Inappropriate Content and Behavior

  • Sexual Content: Uploading or sharing sexually explicit content or engaging in sexual harassment
  • Violence and Threats: Making threats, promoting violence, or sharing graphic violent content
  • Hate Speech: Using discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or gaming preferences
  • Doxxing: Sharing personal information of other users without consent

Commercial and Fraudulent Use

🎯 Gaming Clip Sharing Rights

When you upload gaming clips, you grant GamerConnect a non-exclusive license to display your content within the app. You retain all ownership rights, and you can delete your clips at any time. We will not use your gaming content for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.

8️⃣ Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Disclaimer

  • Educational Purpose: GamerConnect is for entertainment and social connection, not professional matchmaking advice
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee successful matches, relationships, or gaming partnerships
  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for your safety and decisions when meeting other users
  • Content Accuracy: We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information or gaming achievements

Limitation of Liability

  • Direct Damages: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater
  • Indirect Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • User Interactions: We are not responsible for interactions, disputes, or relationships between users
  • Gaming-Related Issues: We are not liable for gaming-related disputes, account issues, or in-game problems

Third-Party Gaming Services

  • Gaming Platforms: We are not responsible for issues with Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or other connected gaming platforms

Effects of Termination

GamerConnect operates under Nebraska law and complies with applicable state and federal regulations. Users must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and legal authorities when required.

🔧 Miscellaneous Terms

Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement
  • Supersedes all prior agreements, communications, and understandings
  • Gaming platform terms remain separate and applicable

Severability

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full effect

Assignment and Transfer
