To provide AI swing analysis, we collect and process:
- Videos of your golf swing that you upload for analysis
- AI-generated analysis results and feedback
- Timestamps and metadata associated with your videos
Progress and Practice Data
- Round scores and statistics you log
- Handicap history
- Practice session logs
- Goals and milestones
- Tutorial and guide completion progress
Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:
- Device type and operating system version
- App version
- Feature usage patterns
- Crash reports and performance data
- Session duration and frequency
What We Do NOT Collect
- Location data or GPS information
- Contacts or address book
- Microphone audio (beyond what's in videos you upload)
- Data from other apps on your device

- Enable community features (for Premium users)

3. Data Storage and Security
Firebase Infrastructure
We use Google Firebase for authentication, database, and storage services. Firebase provides enterprise-grade security including:

Video Data Security
Your swing videos are stored securely and are only used for:
- Providing you with swing analysis results
- Allowing you to review your past swings

- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics)

5. Data Retention

- Swing Videos: Retained for 12 months, or until you delete them
- Progress Data: Retained while your account is active
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated data retained for up to 26 months
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct your account information
- Deletion: Delete your account and associated data
- Export: Download your data in a portable format
- Opt-Out: Disable optional data collection in settings
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for AI model training

Fairway Fundamentals is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We use Firebase (Google Cloud), which maintains data centers globally. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
- Compliance with applicable data transfer frameworks
- Google Cloud's data processing agreements
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and analytics
- Apple App Store / Google Play: App distribution and payments
