DeclutterPro Support

Getting started is simple:

1. Download DeclutterPro from the App Store
2. Create your account or sign in with Apple ID
3. Take a quick room assessment to get personalized recommendations
4. Choose your first room to begin organizing
5. Follow your AI-generated 15-minute daily tasks

The app will guide you through each step with helpful tips and encouragement!

The free version includes:

• Organize up to 2 rooms
• Basic daily 15-minute tasks
• Simple progress tracking
• Basic AI chat assistance
• Essential organization tips

This gives you a great taste of DeclutterPro's capabilities while you decide if you'd like to upgrade.

Premium subscribers get access to:

• Unlimited Rooms: Organize every space in your home
• Deep AI Analysis: Advanced insights and personalized strategies
• Photo Galleries: Before/after comparisons and progress documentation
• Data Export: Export your progress and plans to share or backup
• Advanced Gamification: Unlock achievements, streaks, and challenges
• Priority AI Chat: Faster responses and more detailed guidance
• Maintenance Mode: Keep your spaces organized long-term

To cancel your DeclutterPro subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find DeclutterPro in the list
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You'll still have access to premium features until then.

If you've previously purchased DeclutterPro Premium:

1. Open DeclutterPro
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Tap Restore Purchases
4. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

Your premium features should be restored immediately. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team.

Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your DeclutterPro purchase
4. Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason

Apple typically responds within 48 hours. Refunds are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

If you're experiencing issues with AI chat:

1. Check your internet connection - AI chat requires a stable connection
2. Restart the app - Force close and reopen DeclutterPro
3. Update the app - Make sure you have the latest version
4. Try simpler questions - Start with basic organization questions
5. Clear app cache - Delete and reinstall if problems persist

Premium users get priority AI responses and more detailed guidance.

Data export is available for Premium subscribers:

1. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy
2. Tap Export My Data
3. Choose what to export (progress, photos, plans)
4. Select export format (PDF, CSV, or JSON)
5. Tap Generate Export

You'll receive an email with your exported data within 24 hours. This includes all your room plans, progress photos, and achievement history.

If DeclutterPro is crashing:

1. Force close the app - Swipe up and swipe away DeclutterPro
2. Restart your device - Hold power button and restart
3. Free up storage space - Delete unused apps or photos
4. Update iOS - Make sure you have the latest iOS version
5. Reinstall the app - Delete and download again from App Store

Your data is safely stored in your account and will be restored when you sign back in.
