How do I create an account?
When you first open the app, tap "Get Started" and sign up with your email address or use Sign in with Apple. You'll create a password and can start exploring immediately.
What's the difference between free and premium?
The free version includes a 3-day sample cleanse, view-only community access, and the symptom quiz. Premium ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) unlocks all cleanse plans (7, 14, 21 days), daily journal, video lessons, full community access with chat rooms, achievement badges, and product recommendations.
Can I try premium features before subscribing?
Yes! Many premium features have preview content you can explore. The 3-day free cleanse gives you a taste of the structured protocols. You can see premium content descriptions before upgrading.
How do I take the symptom quiz?
From the home screen, tap "Symptom Quiz" or navigate to Profile → Take Quiz. Answer 10 questions about your health and symptoms honestly to get personalized insights and recommendations.
