1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BizSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use BizSync for personal and commercial team productivity purposes. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software contained on BizSync's service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful computer code

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of BizSync, you must register for an account. When you register, you must:

• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

6. Subscription and Payment

BizSync offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties
• We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days advance notice

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions:

• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase
• Refunds are provided for the most recent payment only
• Annual subscriptions can be cancelled for a prorated refund within 30 days
• After the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that violate our terms

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and data after 90 days
• All provisions of these Terms shall survive termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through your account settings
• Contacting our support team
• Following the cancellation process in the app

9. Disclaimer

The information on BizSync is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizSync:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this Service
• Does not guarantee the Service will be available at any particular time or location
• Is not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions
• Makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content
• Disclaims liability for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage
