BizSync Support Center

To add team members to your BizSync workspace:

• Open BizSync and go to Settings
• Tap "Team Management"
• Select "Invite Members"
• Enter their email addresses and choose their role
• Send the invitation

Invited members will receive an email with instructions to join your team. You can invite unlimited members on the Pro plan.

Creating and assigning tasks in BizSync is simple:

• Go to your project or create a new one
• Tap the "+" button to add a new task
• Enter the task title and description
• Set due date, priority, and assign to team members
• Add any dependencies if needed
• Save the task

Assigned team members will receive notifications and can track progress with status updates.

Yes! BizSync integrates with many popular productivity tools:

To upgrade to BizSync Pro:

• Open BizSync and go to Settings
• Tap "Subscription"
• Select "Upgrade to Pro"
• Review the Pro features and pricing
• Complete the purchase through the App Store

You can export your team's data anytime:

• Go to Settings > Data & Privacy
• Select "Export Data"
• Choose what to export (tasks, messages, files, analytics)
• Select export format (PDF, CSV, or JSON)
• Confirm export - you'll receive an email when ready

Exports include all your team's data in a portable format you can use with other tools.

If you cancel your Pro subscription:

• You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan
• You'll be limited to 5 team members
• Advanced features will be disabled
• All your data remains safe and accessible

You can reactivate Pro anytime, and all your previous settings will be restored.
