1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Treasure for Good, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Treasure for Good is an educational mobile application where users discover inspiring stories about completed charitable work around the world by opening daily "treasure chests." Each chest reveals a real impact story from partner charities, helping users learn about global giving while tracking their discovery journey.

Important: This is an educational app. No actual donations are processed through the app. The stories represent charitable work that has already been completed by third-party organizations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Treasure for Good
  • You must create an account to access the service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent app limitations or restrictions
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the service
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
  • Share your account with others
  • Create multiple accounts

5. Premium Subscriptions

Pricing:

  • Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
  • Yearly subscription: $49.99/year (save 17%)

Billing:

  • All subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation:

  • Cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • For refund requests, contact Apple directly
  • Access continues until end of paid period after cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, stories, and app design are owned by Treasure for Good
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from app content
  • The Treasure for Good name and logo are trademarks

7. User Content

  • You retain rights to any feedback or suggestions you submit
  • By submitting feedback, you grant us a license to use it for app improvements
  • We are not obligated to implement any suggestions

8. Third-Party Content

  • Stories represent charitable work by third-party organizations
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the charities featured in stories
  • Third-party charity information may change without notice

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of story content or third-party information

10. Limitation of Liability

Treasure for Good and its owners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or progress
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Maximum liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time through app settings
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
  • Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Last updated date will be revised accordingly

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Apple App Store Terms

  • Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase
  • Apple is not responsible for the app or these Terms
  • You agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement
  • In case of conflict, Apple's terms take precedence regarding payment
