Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Transcript Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Transcript Tracker is a mobile application designed for homeschooling families to:

• Track student courses and grades
• Calculate GPA (weighted and unweighted)
• Generate professional PDF transcripts
• Manage multiple students

The App is provided as a tool to assist with record-keeping. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information entered.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Transcript Tracker offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create fraudulent transcripts or misrepresent academic records

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SketchMyApp LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Transcript Tracker is a record-keeping tool. We do not guarantee acceptance of transcripts by any educational institution, employer, or other entity. Users should verify transcript requirements with the intended recipient.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, ACADEMIC OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
