Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap "Sign Up." Enter your name, email, and a password (6+ characters). You'll be automatically logged in after account creation.
How do I add my first student?
From the dashboard, tap "Add Student." Enter the student's name and expected graduation year. Free accounts can manage 1 student; upgrade to Premium for unlimited students.
How do I add courses?
Select a student, then tap "Add Course." Enter the course title, select the grade level (9th-12th), choose the course type (Standard, Honors, AP, or Dual Enrollment), set credits, and assign a grade.
GPA Calculations
How is GPA calculated?
Standard courses use a 4.0 scale (A=4.0, B=3.0, C=2.0, D=1.0, F=0). Weighted GPA adds 0.5 for Honors courses and 1.0 for AP/Dual Enrollment courses. GPA = Total Quality Points ÷ Total Credits.
What's the difference between weighted and unweighted GPA?
Unweighted GPA treats all courses equally on a 4.0 scale. Weighted GPA gives extra points for advanced courses (Honors, AP, Dual Enrollment), allowing GPAs above 4.0.
Generating Transcripts
How do I generate a transcript?
Go to the Transcripts tab, select a student, and tap "Generate PDF." The transcript will be generated and you can save it to Files, email it, or share it using any compatible app.
What's included in a transcript?
Transcripts include: student name, graduation year, all courses organized by grade level, course types, credits, grades, and both weighted and unweighted GPA calculations.
How many transcripts can I generate?
Free accounts can generate up to 3 transcript exports per month. Premium subscribers have unlimited transcript exports.

What do I get with Premium?
Premium includes: unlimited students, unlimited transcript exports, custom transcript templates, Classical Conversations support, weighted GPA calculations, and priority support.
What are the pricing options?
Monthly: $4.99/month • Annual: $39.99/year (save 33%) • Lifetime: $79.99 one-time payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Transcript Tracker → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you've previously subscribed, tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription page. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Account & Data
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase (Google Cloud). We never share your student information with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data including all students, courses, and transcripts.
