Registration Requirements

To access full features of SkillBits, you must create an account. You agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• •Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• •Maintain only one account per person

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• •Share your account credentials with others
• •Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the Service
• •Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Subscription Plans

SkillBits offers the following subscription options:

• •Free Plan: Limited access to essential lessons and basic features
• •Premium Monthly: $5.99/month with full access to all content and features
• •Premium Yearly: $59.99/year (save 17%) with full access to all content and features

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.

Billing Through Apple In-App Purchase

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's Terms of Service. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their refund process.

7-Day Free Trial Terms

Premium plans include a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers:

• •You will not be charged during the trial period
• •After 7 days, your subscription automatically begins unless cancelled
• •Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged
• •Only one free trial per user

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open iOS Settings on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select SkillBits
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Access Until End of Billing Period

When you cancel, your Premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your account will revert to the free plan after the period ends.

Refund Requests Through Apple

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We cannot process refunds directly.

Our Content

All content in SkillBits, including lessons, text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by SkillBits or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal learning purposes only. You may not:

• •Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• •Create derivative works from our content
• •Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, dedication, and prior knowledge.

We May Terminate Accounts

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if:

• •You violate these Terms
• •Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
• •Required by law or legal process
• •You engage in prohibited activities

You May Delete Your Account

You may delete your account anytime through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. Your progress data, achievements, and account information will be deleted. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco, California for any disputes.
