Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SignalLink mobile application ("SignalLink" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. SignalLink is operated by SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

SignalLink is a trading signal automation application that provides:

• Connections to supported brokers (Binance, OANDA, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5)
• Signal parsing from Telegram channels and Discord servers
• Automated trade execution with multi-TP (TP1–TP4) support
• Real-time market data for 220+ assets via Finnhub
• Paper/demo trading for strategy testing

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use SignalLink. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding trading in your country or region.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all trading activity executed through your account
• Keep your broker API keys secure and rotate them if compromised

Broker Connections and API Keys

When you connect a broker account via API key, you authorize SignalLink to place trades, check balances, and retrieve trade history on your behalf. You are solely responsible for:

• Configuring appropriate API key permissions (trade access only — never withdrawal access)
• All trades executed through your connected broker accounts
• Any trading fees, taxes, or regulatory obligations arising from your trades
• Ensuring your broker account complies with your local financial regulations

SketchMyApp LLC is not affiliated with Binance, OANDA, MetaQuotes (MetaTrader), or any other broker. Broker availability is subject to change without notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Trading Risk Acknowledgment

By using SignalLink, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss
• Automated trading can result in large losses in a short period of time
• Signal sources (Telegram, Discord) are third parties not affiliated with SketchMyApp LLC
• Past signal performance does not guarantee future results
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or API errors may prevent or delay trade execution
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their financial consequences

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to scrape data from the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to circumvent broker terms of service

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SignalLink — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, signal parsing logic, and software — are owned by SketchMyApp LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF REAL-TIME MARKET DATA OR THE SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION OF ANY TRADE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR MISSED TRADING OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchMyApp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to remove your data. Upon termination, we will revoke our access to your broker API keys and delete your account data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
