PromptWizard is a mobile application designed to help users write better prompts for AI assistants like ChatGPT. The App provides templates, guides, and tools to help you craft more effective prompts. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.
3. Third-Party Services
Important: PromptWizard is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to OpenAI, ChatGPT, or any other AI service provider. The prompts you create in PromptWizard are for your personal use with third-party AI services, which are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
4. Subscription Terms
PromptWizard offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription in your Google Play Store account settings.
5. Payment
Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store your prompts for the purpose of providing the service. We do not sell, share, or use your prompts for any purpose other than providing the App's functionality.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to create prompts intended to generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
9. Disclaimer
PromptWizard provides tools and guidance for writing prompts, but we make no guarantees about the results you will achieve when using these prompts with AI services. The effectiveness of prompts depends on many factors including the AI service being used, the specific model, and how the service interprets requests. We are not responsible for any outputs generated by third-party AI services.
10. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated prompts) are owned by PromptWizard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our prompt templates are provided for your personal use within the App.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any outcomes from using prompts created with the App in third-party services.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
