• You must create an account to use Pantry Planner
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per user - sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Abuse or overload our AI meal planning services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Recipes and meal plans are generated by AI and provided as suggestions
• You are responsible for following safe food handling practices
• Always check recipes for allergens and dietary restrictions
• We are not liable for the outcome of following any recipe
• Consult healthcare professionals for dietary advice - we do not provide medical or nutritional advice

8. Intellectual Property

• The Pantry Planner app, including all features and functionality, is owned by Pantry Planner
• The Pantry Planner name and logo are trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Your pantry data and saved recipes remain your property

9. Disclaimers

Pantry Planner is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated meal plans
• Food safety or recipe outcomes

We are not responsible for food safety issues, allergic reactions, or any health problems resulting from following our AI-generated recipes. Pantry Planner is not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pantry Planner and its owners shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• Recipe outcomes or food safety issues
• Health problems resulting from following recipes
• Third-party actions or content

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time through app settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Your data will be deleted upon account termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination
