• Clinical recommendations and safety alerts
• Interaction history tracking
• PDF report generation for healthcare providers
• Coverage of 120+ known drug interactions

3. Medical Disclaimer

• The App does not replace professional medical advice from your doctor or pharmacist
• Our interaction database may not cover all possible interactions
• Always verify interaction information with your healthcare provider
• Seek immediate medical attention if you experience adverse effects
• Do not start, stop, or change any medication based solely on this App

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate medication and supplement information for accurate results
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Free Tier

The free tier allows you to check interactions for up to 3 items. No payment is required.

Premium Subscriptions

• Premium Monthly: $2.99/month
• Premium Yearly: $17.99/year (50% savings)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Charges occur through your App Store account
• Cancellation must be done through the App Store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others
• Rely solely on this App for critical medication decisions

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, interaction database, and software, are owned by MedMixCheck and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
