AI Processing and Analysis

• Voice Recognition: Advanced speech recognition technology for accurate transcription

Service Limitations

3User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account:

• Unique Accounts: One account per person; do not create multiple accounts
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account

Account Termination

• Voluntary Termination: You may delete your account anytime through app settings

• No Refunds: Account termination does not automatically result in subscription refunds

4Subscriptions and Billing

Available Subscription Plans

• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month with unlimited transcriptions and advanced AI insights
• Premium Annual: $49.99/year with all Premium features and annual savings
• Free Trial: 7-day free trial of Premium features for new subscribers

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Apple Management: All billing managed through Apple's subscription system
• Payment Processing: Charges processed through your Apple ID account
• Price Changes: Apple will notify you of any subscription price changes

Free Trial Terms

• Trial Period: 7 days of free access to all Premium features
• Trial Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial period with no charge
• Automatic Conversion: Trial converts to paid subscription if not cancelled
• One Trial Per User: Free trial available once per Apple ID

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: Cancel subscriptions through iPhone Settings > Subscriptions
• End of Period Access: Continue using Premium features until end of billing period
• Apple Refund Policy: Refund requests handled according to Apple's policies
• No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial subscription periods

6Content Ownership and Rights

• Voice Recordings: You own your voice recordings (which are deleted after transcription)

• Creative Expression: Any creative works or ideas in your journal remain yours

Service License

• Processing Rights: You grant us permission to process your content to provide the service

7AI Processing and Consent

By using JournAI, you specifically consent to AI processing of your voice and journal content:
