1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing GigMaster Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old to use GigMaster Pro. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use License

Permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use. You may NOT:

  • • Modify, copy, or distribute the app materials
  • • Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • • Transfer your account to another person
  • • Use the platform for illegal activities

4. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

  • • Maintaining account security and password confidentiality
  • • All activities under your account
  • • Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Description

GigMaster Pro aggregates job listings from third-party platforms (Freelancer, RemoteOK, etc.). We:

  • • Do not guarantee job availability, accuracy, or suitability
  • • Are not responsible for job platform terms or employer actions
  • • Do not employ or endorse any freelancers or employers
  • • Are a discovery tool, not a job board or employment service

6. Subscriptions and Payments

PRICING:

  • • Free Plan: Limited features (Freelancer platform, 3 alerts)
  • • Pro Plan: $9.99/month or $99/year

BILLING:

  • • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • • Charged through Apple App Store
  • • Refunds per Apple's refund policy
  • • Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions

CHANGES:

  • • We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • • Existing subscribers grandfathered for 6 months

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform
  • • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • • Interfere with platform operation or security
  • • Use bots, scripts, or automated access
  • • Violate any applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

GigMaster Pro owns all rights to:

  • • App design, code, and functionality
  • • Logos, trademarks, and branding
  • • Original content and documentation

Job listings belong to their respective platforms. We display them under license/API agreements.

9. Third-Party Content

Job listings come from external platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • • Accuracy of job descriptions
  • • Employer conduct or payment issues
  • • Platform availability or changes
  • • Application outcomes

10. Disclaimers

GigMaster Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • • Job availability or quality
  • • Employment outcomes or earnings
  • • Data accuracy or completeness

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GigMaster Pro is NOT liable for:

  • • Lost profits, data, or opportunities
  • • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • • Damages from platform use or inability to use
  • • Third-party platform actions or failures

Maximum liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GigMaster Pro from claims arising from:

  • • Your violation of these terms
  • • Your use of the platform
  • • Your content or conduct
  • • Violation of third-party rights

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • • Terms violations
  • • Fraudulent activity
  • • Extended inactivity
  • • Legal requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by US federal law and the laws of [Your State]. Disputes resolved in [Your Jurisdiction] courts.

16. Dispute Resolution

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GigMaster Pro.
