Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GameGuide Pro mobile application ("GameGuide Pro" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. GameGuide Pro is operated by SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

GameGuide Pro is an AI-powered game coaching application that provides:

• Instant game identification from screenshots
• AI-generated strategy tips and coaching guidance
• Multi-genre game support (RPGs, strategy, roguelikes, puzzles, and more)
• Game situation analysis and tactical recommendations
• Coaching history tracking

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameGuide Pro. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App excessively
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload screenshots containing sensitive personal information

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GameGuide Pro—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, AI coaching algorithms, and software—are owned by SketchMyApp LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Game titles and content are the property of their respective developers and publishers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

AI-GENERATED COACHING IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING GAME PERFORMANCE, PUZZLE SOLUTIONS, OR STRATEGY EFFECTIVENESS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS, ENTERTAINMENT VALUE, OR EARNINGS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchMyApp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to remove your data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
