1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DriveReady (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Binding Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DriveReady
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use DriveReady. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent
• Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

2Description of Service

DriveReady is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for their DMV driver's license written test:

• Practice Tests: Multiple-choice questions covering DMV test topics
• Mock Exams: Timed tests simulating the real DMV experience
• Study Materials: Educational content covering traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving
• Progress Tracking: Tools to monitor your learning progress and test readiness
• AI-Powered Learning: Personalized study recommendations based on your performance

3User Accounts

To access certain features of DriveReady, you must create an account:

Account Requirements

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• One Account Per Person: Each user should maintain only one account
• Notification of Breach: You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Account Restrictions

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not create accounts using false or misleading information
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

4Subscription & Payments

Available Plans

• Free Tier: Limited access to practice tests and basic features
• Premium Monthly: $4.99/month - Full access to all features and unlimited practice
• Premium Yearly: $39.99/year - Best value with all premium features plus offline mode

Billing Terms

• App Store Billing: All subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Price Changes: You will be notified of any price changes before your next billing cycle
• Manage Subscriptions: Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple Settings
• Access Until Period End: After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Refund Requests: For refunds, please contact Apple Support as they handle all payment processing

5Acceptable Use

You agree to use DriveReady only for its intended purpose of DMV test preparation. You agree NOT to:

• Share Your Account: Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Copy Content: Copy, reproduce, or distribute our questions, explanations, or study materials
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Automated Access: Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the service
• Commercial Use: Use the app for commercial purposes without our permission
• Circumvent Restrictions: Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Misrepresent: Claim that your use of DriveReady guarantees passing the DMV test

6Intellectual Property

All content in DriveReady is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Our Property: All questions, explanations, study materials, graphics, and app design are owned by DriveReady or our licensors
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes
• No Reproduction: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
• Trademarks: DriveReady and our logo are trademarks. You may not use them without permission

7Disclaimers

Study Aid Only

• Not Official: DriveReady is a study aid only. We are not affiliated with any DMV or government agency
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will pass your DMV test by using our app
• Content Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, our questions may not exactly match current DMV test questions
• State Variations: DMV requirements vary by state and change over time. Always verify current requirements with your local DMV

Not Responsible for Test Results

• No Liability: We are not responsible for your performance on the actual DMV test
• Study Supplement: DriveReady should be used as a supplement to your state's official DMV handbook
• Practice vs. Reality: Passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official DMV test

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Service Provided "As Is": DriveReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for actions of third parties, including Apple or your internet service provider

9Termination

Termination by You

• Delete Account: You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account
• Cancel Subscription: Remember to cancel your subscription through Apple Settings before deleting your account

Termination by Us

• Violation of Terms: We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• Illegal Activity: We may terminate accounts involved in illegal activity
• Service Discontinuation: We may discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice

10Governing Law

• Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions
• Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time:
