By accessing or using CryptoHQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CryptoHQ is a portfolio management tool for tracking cryptocurrency investments including:

• DeFi liquidity pool positions
• Mining equipment profitability
• Node project staking and rewards
• Wallet integration (Premium feature)
• Price alerts and notifications

3. User Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must provide accurate information
• One account per user

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise app security
• Share your account credentials
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Reverse engineer the app code
• Manipulate or falsify data

6. Wallet Integration (Premium)

• Read-only access to blockchain data via public addresses
• We NEVER request or access your private keys or seed phrases
• You are solely responsible for wallet security
• We are not liable for losses from wallet hacks or user error

• We strive for accurate data but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Price data is sourced from third-party APIs (CoinGecko, Alchemy)
• APY rates and pool data may have delays
• Mining profitability is estimated and may vary
• Always verify critical information from primary sources

9. Intellectual Property

• CryptoHQ and all app content are owned by us
• You receive a limited license to use the app
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute app code
• User-generated data (your portfolio) remains yours

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass other users or support staff

You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold CryptoHQ harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your violation of these terms
• Your investment decisions

13. Apple App Store Terms

• These terms are between you and CryptoHQ, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support
• In case of non-compliance, Apple may terminate the app

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CryptoHQ.
