By downloading, installing, or using the CoreTell mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the CoreTell health tracking and AI insights platform.

When you create an account with CoreTell, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain the security of your account.

Accurate Information Requirement

• Provide truthful and accurate health information for optimal AI insights
• Keep your profile information current and up-to-date
• Report any changes in health status that may affect AI recommendations
• Ensure data quality by following best practices for health tracking

Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
• Use biometric app locks (Face ID/Touch ID) for additional security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Log out of shared or public devices after use

Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service to self-diagnose or make medical decisions without professional consultation
• Sharing login credentials with others or creating accounts for minors under 13
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Uploading false, misleading, or fraudulent health information
• Circumventing security measures or accessing others' health data

CoreTell offers both free and premium subscription services with different feature sets and capabilities.

Auto-Renewal Policy

• Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Cancellation Procedures

• Cancel through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device
• Find CoreTell and select "Cancel Subscription"
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the subscription expires

Refund Policy Per App Store Guidelines

• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Contact Apple Support directly for refund requests
• CoreTell cannot process direct refunds for App Store purchases
• Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's terms and conditions

The CoreTell Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CoreTell Inc. and its licensors.

Our Intellectual Property

• CoreTell Software: The mobile application, algorithms, and user interface
• AI Technology: Machine learning models, logic chains, and insight generation systems
• Content and Materials: Educational content, health guides, and documentation
• Trademarks: CoreTell name, logo, and associated branding elements

Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Generate and share PDF reports with your healthcare providers

Restrictions

• No reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works
• No reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• No removal of copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• No commercial use of our content or technology without explicit permission

Your Health Data Rights

• You retain ownership of all health data you input into CoreTell
• You grant us limited rights to process your data for providing insights and services
• You can export your data at any time in standard formats
• You can delete your data and account permanently

• Consult Healthcare Providers: Always discuss health concerns with qualified medical professionals
• Medical Emergencies: Call emergency services immediately for urgent health situations
• Medication Decisions: Never start, stop, or change medications based solely on CoreTell insights
• Treatment Decisions: All medical treatment decisions should involve professional medical consultation

Emergency Situations Guidance

• Emergency Services: Call 911 (US) or your local emergency number for immediate medical emergencies
• Urgent Care: Seek immediate medical attention for severe symptoms or concerning changes
• App Limitations: CoreTell cannot detect or predict medical emergencies
• Professional Judgment: Healthcare providers' clinical judgment always takes precedence over app insights

No Liability for Health Outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreTell shall not be liable for:

• Health decisions made based on app insights or AI recommendations
• Medical conditions that are undetected, misinterpreted, or delayed in recognition
• Medication errors or treatment decisions influenced by app data
• Emergency situations not detected or predicted by the Service
• Interactions between health data tracking and actual medical conditions
• Reliance on AI insights for critical health decisions

General Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Service interruptions, errors, or technical malfunctions
• Data loss or corruption (we recommend regular data exports)
• Third-party integrations or HealthKit synchronization issues

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for CoreTell services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Your privacy and the security of your health data are fundamental to CoreTell's mission. Our comprehensive Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Either you or CoreTell may terminate this agreement under certain circumstances.

Your Right to Terminate

• Account Deletion: Delete your account and all data at any time through app settings
• Subscription Cancellation: Cancel premium subscriptions through Apple ID settings
• Data Export: Export your health data before account deletion
• Immediate Effect: Account deletion takes effect immediately

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access others' data
• Provide false or misleading health information that could affect AI training
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or support staff

Effect of Termination

• Immediate Access Loss: Loss of access to all CoreTell features and data
• Data Deletion: All personal data permanently deleted within 30 days
• Subscription Cancellation: Active subscriptions are cancelled without refund
• Export Opportunity: 30-day grace period to export data if technically feasible

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction and Venue

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in Delaware state or federal courts
• You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
• Delaware law governs these Terms regardless of your location

Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: We encourage contacting us directly to resolve disputes
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration for disputes that cannot be resolved informally
• Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved individually, not as class actions
• Small Claims Exception: Small claims court disputes are excluded from arbitration

International Users

• International users are subject to the same Terms and governing law
• Local data protection laws may provide additional rights
