• Note: Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details

4. Audio Data Processing

When you record or upload audio for analysis, the audio is sent to our servers for processing. Our AI analyzes the audio to detect chords, key, tempo, and song structure. After analysis is complete, the audio file is deleted from our servers. We retain only the analysis results (chord progressions, key, tempo data) which you can save to your library.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures. We use Firebase for authentication and data storage, which provides enterprise-grade security. While we implement safeguards to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and analytics
• Apple App Store: App distribution and payment processing

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our App (under strict confidentiality)
• To comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests

We retain your account information and saved songs for as long as your account is active. Audio recordings are deleted immediately after analysis. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except as required for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.

12. Children's Privacy

ChordMaster AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
