Requesting help is easy! Open the Auto Rescue app and tap the large "Request Help" button on the main screen. Select the type of assistance you need (towing, jump start, flat tire, etc.), and confirm your location. A nearby service provider will be dispatched to your location, and you'll receive real-time updates on their arrival time.

Auto Rescue uses your device's GPS to determine your exact location when you request assistance. Make sure you've granted location permissions to the app in your device settings. You can also manually adjust your location pin if needed before confirming your service request.

Auto Rescue connects you with providers offering: towing services, battery jump starts, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and winching/recovery services. Availability may vary based on your location and the service providers in your area.

Pricing varies depending on the type of service, your location, and the service provider. You'll see an estimated cost before confirming your request. The app displays transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Payment is processed securely through the app after service completion.

Yes! Once a service provider accepts your request, you can track their location in real-time on the map within the app. You'll also receive notifications when they're on the way and when they're about to arrive. You can call or message the provider directly through the app if needed.

You can cancel your service request at any time before the provider arrives. Go to your active request and tap "Cancel Request." Please note that cancellation fees may apply if the provider is already en route, as shown in the cancellation policy when you placed your request.

The Auto Rescue app is available 24/7 for requesting assistance. However, service provider availability depends on your location and time of day. In most urban areas, providers are available around the clock. Response times may be longer during late night hours or in rural areas.

To add or update payment methods, go to Settings > Payment Methods in the app. You can add credit/debit cards or use digital payment options. All payment information is encrypted and stored securely. We recommend keeping at least one payment method on file for faster service.
