1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the AgeScape mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FutureSelf Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

AgeScape provides the following services through our mobile application:

• AI-powered aging preview: Generate realistic predictions of how you might look in the future using advanced artificial intelligence
• Biological age calculation: Assess your biological age based on lifestyle factors, health habits, and personal information
• Health insights and recommendations: Receive personalized suggestions to improve your health and longevity based on your biological age assessment
• Progress tracking: Monitor changes in your biological age over time

3. User Responsibilities

By using AgeScape, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information: Submit truthful responses to health questionnaires and provide clear, recent photos for aging analysis
• Use for personal, non-commercial purposes: AgeScape is intended for individual use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission
• Maintain account security: Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws: Use the App in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws
• Respect intellectual property: Do not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Features

AgeScape offers limited free features including one aging preview per month and basic biological age calculation.

Premium Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription anytime via the App Store
• Charges are processed through your App Store account
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Premium features remain active until the end of your current billing period after cancellation

5. Health Disclaimer

Individual results may vary significantly. The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes and should not replace professional medical consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within AgeScape, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and user interface design, is owned by FutureSelf Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of photos and personal information you submit
• By submitting content, you grant us limited rights to process it for service delivery
• We do not claim ownership of your personal photos or health information
• Photos are processed and immediately deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscriptions through the App Store.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our support team

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use AgeScape ceases immediately. Your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use of the service.

9. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will notify you through the App or via email
• The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AgeScape will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FutureSelf Inc. regarding AgeScape.
