Welcome to 365Alive. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please read these terms carefully before using our app. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Description of Service

365Alive provides personal development tools, wellness tracking, goal setting, and related features to help users transform their lives through consistent daily practices.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others

Premium Subscriptions

365Alive offers premium subscriptions with auto-renewal:

• Premium Monthly: Billed monthly at the current subscription price
• Premium Annual: Billed annually at the current subscription price

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

The content provided in 365Alive, including workout routines, wellness tips, and health-related information, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new fitness program.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to 365Alive. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of 365Alive are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

365Alive is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of 365Alive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of 365Alive after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
