Health Data and HealthKit

IMPORTANT: Your HealthKit data is handled with the highest level of privacy and security:

  • HealthKit data is NEVER shared with third parties
  • HealthKit data is NEVER used for advertising purposes
  • HealthKit data is NOT uploaded to our servers
  • HealthKit data stays on your device, encrypted by iOS

When you enable Apple HealthKit integration, we only access HealthKit data that you explicitly grant permission for. You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Data Storage and Security

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Encryption at Rest: Your data is encrypted when stored on our servers using AES-256 encryption
