- All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS
- Portfolio data is stored securely in Firebase Cloud Firestore
- Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
- Wallet addresses are read-only; we never have access to your private keys

Premium users can export portfolio data as CSV
Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
- Deleted accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Subscription records: Retained for tax/accounting purposes as required by law
Children's Privacy
CryptoHQ is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
