Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SnipStitch mobile application ("SnipStitch" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. SnipStitch is operated by SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

SnipStitch is a video editing application that provides:

• In-app camera for capturing photos and video clips
• Tools to trim, split, and arrange video clips on a timeline
• Multi-clip stitching to create seamless video sequences
• Effects, filters, and transition library
• Audio and music overlay tools
• High-definition export and sharing capabilities

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SnipStitch. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all original media you create or import into SnipStitch, including photos, videos, and audio recordings. By using the App, you grant SketchMyApp LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the services described in these Terms.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any third-party media (music, stock footage, etc.) you incorporate into your projects. Do not use copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Subscriptions and Payments

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload or incorporate media that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SnipStitch—including but not limited to the editing interface, built-in effects, filters, transitions, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are owned by SketchMyApp LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any built-in music tracks, sound effects, or stock assets included with the App may be used in your exported videos subject to the terms of their respective licenses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR ORIGINAL MEDIA. SKETCHMYAPP LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT DUE TO TECHNICAL FAILURES OR DATA CORRUPTION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR MEDIA CONTENT, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchMyApp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to remove your data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
