Acceptance
By using SmartPackAI (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Service
SmartPackAI provides AI-assisted packing lists, image scanning, and travel planning tools. Recommendations are guidance, not professional advice — always check official airline policies for the latest weight and size limits before flying.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@sketchmyapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
- SmartPackAI offers a free tier with limited AI lookups and a Premium subscription with unlimited features.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time from your iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, abuse the AI features, or upload content that violates the rights of others.
Disclaimers
SmartPackAI is provided “as is”. AI-generated lists are suggestions — review them yourself before traveling. We do not guarantee that airline luggage limits stored in the App are always current; verify with your airline before flying.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SketchMyApp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We can suspend access if these Terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
