Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NutriHeal mobile application ("NutriHeal" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. NutriHeal is operated by SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

NutriHeal is a nutrition guidance application that provides:

  • Personalized food recommendations based on health conditions
  • Macro and nutrient tracking tools
  • Sample meal plans and recipes
  • Vitamin and supplement suggestions
  • Progress tracking and analytics

Important Medical Disclaimer: NutriHeal provides general nutritional information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially if you have a chronic health condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NutriHeal. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

NutriHeal offers free features including basic food guides, macro tracking, and sample meal plans.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Monthly: $9.99 USD per month
  • Yearly: $79.99 USD per year

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NutriHeal—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, recipes, meal plans, and software—are owned by SketchMyApp LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS FOR GENERAL GUIDANCE ONLY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING HEALTH OUTCOMES FROM FOLLOWING APP RECOMMENDATIONS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchMyApp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to remove your data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
