Your Content
Content you create in Camper Companion remains yours, including:
- Trip logs and route plans
- Reviews and ratings of campgrounds
- Photos and descriptions you upload
By posting public reviews or content, you grant us permission to display it within the app for other users to see.
Premium Subscription
Camper Companion offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime through your app store account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Prices may change with reasonable notice
Disclaimer: Camper Companion is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Always verify route information, campground availability, and road conditions independently. We are not responsible for changes in road conditions, campground policies, or GPS inaccuracies.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Damages resulting from app use or inability to use the app
- Inaccurate route suggestions or campground information
- User-generated content or reviews
- Third-party services integrated with the app
- Loss of data or trip information
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Abuse of the app or other users
- Fraudulent or misleading behavior
