Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AI Trade Coach mobile application ("AI Trade Coach" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. AI Trade Coach is operated by SketchMyApp LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

AI Trade Coach is a trading education and simulation application that provides:

  • AI-powered trading education and coaching
  • Simulated trading with virtual funds
  • Trading journal and performance analytics
  • Market analysis tools and educational content
  • Portfolio tracking and strategy development

Important Financial Disclaimer: AI Trade Coach is for educational and simulation purposes only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or broker services. All simulated trades use virtual funds and do not involve real money. You should not make real trading or investment decisions based solely on information from this App. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Trade Coach. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Features

AI Trade Coach offers free features including basic trading lessons, limited simulation trades, and introductory journal entries.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Monthly: $9.99 USD per month
  • Yearly: $99.99 USD per year

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Redistribute or resell trading education content from the App

No Financial Advice

AI Trade Coach is strictly an educational and simulation tool. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. The App does not recommend specific securities, trades, or investment strategies. Any simulated results are hypothetical and do not reflect actual trading outcomes.

You acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. You should only trade or invest with money you can afford to lose.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AI Trade Coach—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, educational materials, simulations, and software—are owned by SketchMyApp LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TRADING EDUCATION AND SIMULATION RESULTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING TRADING OUTCOMES FROM FOLLOWING APP CONTENT OR SIMULATED STRATEGIES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHMYAPP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM TRADING OR INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION OR SIMULATIONS PROVIDED BY THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchMyApp LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to remove your data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
