SmartPackAI (the “App”) is operated by SketchMyApp LLC (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: email address and authentication credentials when you sign up.
• Trip and packing data: destinations, dates, items, and lists you create in the App.
• Photos you submit to the AI scanner: processed to identify items and not retained on our servers after processing.
• Device information: device type, OS version, and crash diagnostics for debugging.
• Subscription and purchase data: handled by Apple. We never see your payment card.

How We Use Information

• To provide the App's features (generate lists, scan items, sync trips across your devices).
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the App and fix bugs.

Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers:

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, and crash reporting.
• Google Gemini: AI processing for packing list generation and image recognition. Photos are processed transiently and not stored by Google for training.
• Apple App Store: handles all subscription billing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

Data Retention

Your trips and packing lists remain in your account until you delete them. AI scanner photos are not retained after processing. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

• Access and export your data from within the App.
• Delete your account at any time from Settings.
• Contact us with any privacy questions.

Children

SmartPackAI is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the App.
